• Details of the booking procedure will be sent when the Discover Dubai UAE Tourist Card is purchased. Existing customers will receive an email with booking details.

• After purchase you will receive a booking confirmation  and printable ticket via email to the email address supplied. E -tickets must be printed and presented at the venue.

• Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange.

• Lost, damaged and / or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.

• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
